As a mom of four boys — including a medically fragile, special needs child — and someone who spent over years navigating persistent stress, elusive physical challenges, and the cumulative toll of living in survival mode, I’ve lived the weight that prolonged stress can create.

With a background as a distinguished Air Force Academy graduate, former Air Force officer, and certified fitness professional (2,000+ hours teaching and training), I blend discipline with compassion.
